In 1985, Patty Paletto started her career in the beauty industry. She worked as a bookkeeper’s assistant for a company that manufactured beauty industry vacuum-formed displays. The company designed and manufactured products including make-up compacts and full cosmetic displays, among many other products for the industry. During this period Patty Paletto became intertwined with many aspects and nuances of the beauty industry. Her career soon advanced and Patty was promoted to project manager; and after that, the liaison between beauty company representatives and the entire manufacturing plant.
During an interview in 1996, Patty Paletto had the pleasure of meeting someone that would make an impression of a lifetime. That someone was Stanley Wild. This meeting would enable Patty to make her own impression on the beauty industry. On the spot, Patty accepted an opportunity to start working for a manufacturer representative firm called the “The Wild Company.” Through many years of experience The Wild Company Patty advanced her knowledge of the beauty industry and subsequently her career.
As these years passed, Patty started assisting with what was then known as the NeBRA Show located in the North East. Then, in 2004, Patty was given the honor of being the sole organizer of the NeBRA Show. Not long after, she became the organizer/manager of WBC in the West. After many successful shows on both the east and west coasts, and of course with the support of all involved, Patty Paletto created and established her own company. Patty named this company A Perfect Show. The name expresses what Patty strives for in every show. That’s why her company has inherited how she feels every show should be,”A Perfect Show”.
